360° real estate exploration platform with full VR head-tracking, built in React and tested on the Meta Quest 3.

01 - Problem
A buyer who can't visit the site has to trust a floor plan. Panoramic tours exist, but most break the moment you put a headset on - no head tracking, no spatial navigation, and load times that stall on multi-megabyte panoramas.
02 - Solution
I built an interactive exploration platform in React around high-fidelity 360° spherical photography, with full VR compatibility and head-movement responsiveness optimised and tested on the Meta Quest 3. Spatial navigation and the custom UI layers run entirely client-side for maximum performance, and the panoramic assets were compressed and progressively loaded so the first view appears quickly.
03 - Result
One URL that works as a desktop tour, a phone tour and a room-scale VR walkthrough no app install, no backend to keep alive.
Deployment & infrastructure
Hosted on CDN / static hosting
Fully client-side, so it deploys as a static build with panoramic assets on a CDN - no server to patch, no backend to fall over, and cache headers doing the heavy lifting on repeat visits.
