01 - Problem
The sales team was tracking leads, site visits and property availability across spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Nothing was shared, nothing was auditable, and the inventory shown to buyers on the public platform drifted out of sync with what sales actually had left to sell.
02 - Solution
I built a role-based CRM from the ground up against Figma designs, using React on the front end and Node/Express/MongoDB behind it. It covers lead management, task tracking, property listings and the sales pipeline, with access control separating what Admin, Manager and Sales users can each see and do. A real-time sync keeps property inventory consistent between the CRM and the public Weblite platform.
03 - Result
One system of record for the sales floor: leads land in a pipeline instead of an inbox, managers can see stage-by-stage movement, and the inventory a buyer sees online is the same inventory the CRM shows.
Deployment & infrastructure
Hosted on AWS
Hosted on a dedicated EC2 instance with Nginx terminating SSL and proxying to the Node process, PM2 keeping the API alive across restarts, and a CI/CD pipeline so releases ship on merge rather than by hand.
